Whatcha Doin?
Per the Eldest's request, I'm baking cupcakes for her birthday today. Victorian sponge, strawberry jam, whipped cream and strawberry garnish. Happy Birthday, my angel!
Aaaawww Happy Birthday Eldest!!! MMMmm that sounds like a good Birthday!!! I baked some Amaretto Cookies last night per my daughter's request... Pulled a recipe off the internet.. hope she likes it.... I don't... not a fan of almond flour texture/taste... I think they are an Italian cookie.. Hugs! deb
I don't think there's a cookie I haven't liked. Oh, wait, anything with peanut butter. Not a fan. Oh, and Oreos. The cream is good. The cookie is 🤢So I stand corrected
I am the Queen of Half-assed cooking. So I go the shortest route. I used a yellow cake mix, strawberry jam, and whipped topping. Today is just too hot to try to whip cream.
