Doodling for Stress Reduction

On Mondays via Zoom, I participate in a class where we spend  a half an hour doodling our stress away. I don't remember if the leader said something inspired her.  This was the design that she came up with. She usually demonstrates on camera for us. In her doodle, I kept seeing clouds and couldn't get that image out of my head.

We can follow along with her choice or we're free to do our own thing. I had to get my head out of the clouds.

  1. I like the cloud doodles - quite addictive, I should imagine. I shall have to try.

    1. I should start each day with doodling, not just on class day

  4. I can't doodle. When I try, my hand cramps and I tense up. Love your clouds.

    1. Try holding something (eraser, pencil, crumpled clean tissue) in your non-dominant hand. Your brain will equal out the pressure between your hands so you won't be so tense and get cramps
