Doodling For Stress Reduction

On Mondays via Zoom, I participate in a class where we spend  a half an hour doodling our stress away. This was the first doodle I did when I joined the group. The group leader was inspired by  neurographic drawing and this was the design that she came up with.

Wavy lines with circles. You could doodle in the circles, add color.

  1. My doodles are all the same and quite boring. Yours look fun.

  2. Do you doodle your stress away when you aren't in the class? It's a great idea and doodling is always relaxing and a lot of fun too. Have a great day. We're still a little cloudy here right now, but that is supposed to change.

    1. The class is only 1/2 hr. long so I don't always have time to finish the project. I work on it a little bit during the week. Sounds like we might get some rain tomorrow. As much as I hate the thought of rain on my play day, we could use the rain
