1. Spent a pleasant afternoon attending a free online workshop given by the Society of Scribes (New York , New York)
2. Got home from running errands just as the heavens opened up
3. Saw a fox in the yard while having my morning tea. By the time I got the camera ready, he had trotted off.
4. A surprise package was waiting for me in the mail.
5. Got a phone call from my adopted cousin and colleague.
How was your week?
Awww, a real fox! And rain. And a surprise - plus a phone call - can´t get better!
ReplyDeleteHere it warmed up. We went for a yummy beer and the best potato-salad I ever had! And we´ll go back to the future!
Will take a while though ;-)
Back to the future soon
DeleteSounds like you had a great week. My week was good, too. No catastrophes this week, that's always something! Valerie
ReplyDeleteNo catastrophes makes for a great week
DeleteA fox! How cool! :D
ReplyDeleteI've seen them in wooded areas around town, but not close to me
DeleteI've seen foxes here, but not often and certainly not at my house. What a wonderful visitor!
ReplyDeleteHe was very handsome. Not as fluffy as the clipart image and with a bit more ruddy brown
DeleteMy comments are working again. Yay! I like that cutest blog on the block and especially love your illuminated A to Z. Super cute. I hope we hear more about your surprise package. 🥰
ReplyDeleteThe surprise package post is in the queue for a future T Day
DeleteWhat a great week you had. First a free workshop (who doesn't like free?), then seeing a real fox. It's always great to get happy mail, too!
ReplyDeleteI also got some happy mail. Hope we see yours soon, dear CJ.
Happy mail reveal in the blog queue
DeleteNice week. Glad you didn't get stuck in the downpour. And you can't beat free. Hope you have a nice weekend too.
ReplyDeleteLooks like the weekend will be nice even if it's not as warm as last weekend
