The Friday Five Good Things

Five good things that happened this week

1. Himself is hip. He got us fish and chips

2. I'm enjoying working on the pocket fold accordion book

3. Calli came into my room calling Mama mama mama

4. Play day with Teague and plans for Spring Camp Ogunquit

5. Sugarbelle icing bottles arrived. According to Lindsay Ostrom they are perfect for dispensing fine lines of glue and keeping the glue bottle from drying out

I bet those frosting bottles would also work great for paint too. Thanks for sharing. And nice week. I hope you have a nice weekend too. You aren't getting anything from this recent weather system are you? The sun is out here this morning. :)

I love the Friday Five. I should do it on my Facebook page. I'm too lazy to do extra posts.
Love that your hip with your fish and chips.

If you get the frosting bottles be sure to get the silicon caps sold separately. The caps will keep everything from drying out. Not much expected from the weekend storm. The Nor'easter predicted for Monday has the weather dudes happy dancing. No mention about about of snow.

Hmmmm, fish and chips! Sadly I have no idea where to get good ones here. BUT! We will have to visit Ingo´s Brother and that´s at the ocean! Thank you for the input!
Your cat is cute.

Having a lot of positive thoughts is great — you make me think positively too. Despite more snow!

If it's any comfort, the weather dudes are expecting a big storm for this area on Monday

Do you remember Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips? We used to have one many years ago and I loved their chicken - as I do not like fishy fish. The only seafood I eat is shrimp, lobster, and crab.

Those icing bottles are good, but there are others with needle points which are even better, but also much more expensive. I read 42 books when I was in the clinic! Valerie

I think I remembered seeing one in Boston(?) when I was a kid. Never ate there. shrimp, lobster, and crab are good choices

I had a bottle with the needle, but it clogged! Good for you and a 42 to boot!

Nice that you got fish and chips. Those icing bottles look like something I could use. I'm always getting too much glue on pages and a really, really, really expensive glue dried out in the bottle. It was tightly closed, too!

I have no excuse for being late like Deb has, except I am trying to play catch up and failing miserably.

You deserve to be on cloud 9 for quite some time. That was an awesome essay. So good the home projects finally got coordinated and mostly done. Woohoo on money back from the mortgage company. Think of me and enjoy the sunshine if you take the trip to Destin Beach

So far the icing bottle is working well. The glue I've been using in it is the Bearly Craft glue. It's a bit runny so I have to make sure I don't squeeze the bottle and have it almost horizontal to the paper. I also had to put a pin in the piping tip because the glue clogged it up

Yes, please, to fish and chips.

Just a few more weeks to go as the Knights only do the fish fry on the Fridays during Lent (not Good Friday though)
