The Friday Five Good Things

 

Five good things that happened this week.

1. Roasted chestnuts for Thanksgiving.

2. A distant cousin I met through Ancestry sent me a copy of my great aunt Angelina and her husband, Manny's marriage certificate. As I suspected, they were married in Italy not here in the US.

3. Skyped with the Eldest. She's planning on coming for a visit just after Christmas (she has to work in the lab Christmas Day) and she'll stay through New Year's Day. Color me happy.

4. Worked on Christmas card design.

5. Another year around the sun. Brought a wreath to the cemetery where my parents are buried.

      The Young One found the bow at Michael's and it really saves the wreath from looking so blah

    Yay for your Daughter coming home (gah for working on Christmas day!)
    Mixed week here. Finding out I have to work with the gal so far NO ONE I met gets along with.
    An arrogant, mean "girl". Glad I found help.
    Ingo drove me and the whole equimpent to Siemens, problem msolved, gah, could´ve been easier.

    the wreath we take out to dad, has a bulldog face on a card I made and laminated, that overshadows the fire dept Christmas ornament ~~~~~~~~~~~ ooopz :) ☺☺♥♥

      Aww, that’s nice you can personalize the wreath. At the Veterans cemetery, the wreaths have to be plain and only one bow allowed.
