How Does Your Garden Grow?

Little flowers

hanging on

inspite of the carpet of leaves

Still

a

riot

of color

The milkweed pods burst

Himself cleaned up his garden

and packed it way in the greenhouse

Most of the trees have lost their leaves

Look at the size of this oak leaf!

The November garden flag

November moon

But the temperatures this weekend are not November temperatures. I'm not complaining. If only temperatures would stay just like this through the Winter.

How does your garden grow?

  1. Some flowers still stand up here!
And the leaves are still green at the neighbor´s.
Love your garden flag. And the moon. And mild temps. When is Spring again? ;-)

  3. I still have some flowers blooming in my deck pots too. I've never had them doing that in November. What a gorgeous weekend. I hope you are enjoying it.

  4. My patio is covered with leaves blown in by Mother West Wind during a rain storm night before last. I wanted to see if I could use them as mulch by sweeping them into the flower beds, but there are just too _many_ of them lol It's cooler here than it has been but still not cold. It may not _get_ cold the way this fall is going.

    1. We have been in the 70s the past couple of days. 80 degree weather year round would be perfect for me

    1. For a year where the tree color was predicted to be dull because of the drought, the color was pretty spectacular

  9. What most impressed me was the lovely carpet of stunning leaves. They were a riot of color and beauty. Your flowers are hanging on better than expected, I think. That oak leaf is a stunner. Such beauty indeed.
