I know what you mean about reaching a point where the mess/clutter interferes with work. With all the rain coming in the next few days-again-it will be a good time to do that cleaning.
I can't work in clutter or chaos. I need a neat place to create my art. I'm definitely a neat freak, but not necessarily a clean freak. Don't look at my floor I haven't vacuumed in weeks or maybe months.
