The Eldest and I visited the New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill. There was a sculpture exhibit called Chiaozza which rhymes with Wowza or Yowza. It's a collaboration between two artists, Terri Chiao and Adam Frezzo. Hopefully you can embiggen the above photo to read all these playful creations.
Some of the sculptures were indoors and
some were in the wild
Those are interesting sculptures. They certainly must brighten up and lighten up some of the gardens at Tower Hill. Are they painted metal or made of some other material? Happy Monday. A dry day today, but soupy I think.
ReplyDeleteThe sculptures are made with paper pulp from recycled tree papers and mixed with wood glue to make it studier. Yup, another soupy day.
DeleteCałkiem pomysłowo.
ReplyDeleteThe sculptures are very clever
DeleteCool sculptures! I wonder how long the outside ones will last if they're made of paper pulp and glue?
ReplyDeleteIt didn't say, but they must hold up well because we've had an awful lot of rain this Spring and Summer, plus the humidity
DeleteFun sculptures, they look so light and happy! Valerie
ReplyDeleteSome of them remind me of Muppet creatures.
DeleteThey are certainly clever and colorful. I appreciated the quirky shapes.
