From the gardens of Enders Island
Enders is known for the dahlias. These were on the dining room table
A tired Easter lily
Hydrangeas still blooming
Some of the roses were still blooming
The Dahlias
More dahlias
Grapes
A new meditation garden
My favorite garden feature the stone kitty and bird faucet
Another dahlia
Spent dahlias
More
A star-shaped dahlia
Butterflies and goldenrod
Apples, though some of the crop didn't look that good
We were told they had a very expensive, very rare Black Dahlia. We went on a quest to find it, but couldn't All I found was this dahlia labeled Black Beauty though it was more of a deep burgundy than black
Still no Black Dahlia
Black, but not a Dahlia.
A lone geranium in a pot outside of the art studio
Dahlias and a schooner.
How does your garden grow?

Beautiful schooner!
Love that kitty/bird statues too! 'Dahlias and a Schooner' sounds like the title of some great painting... Hugs! deb
Beautiful place. I love the flowers and architecture. - Anne (Cornucopia)
There was a wedding taking place. I'm not sure if the schooner was part of those festivities
I want to relocate the kitty and bird faucet to my yard
It's so peaceful there, too
It looks a very nice place.
Love the 'Dahlias and a Schooner'
All the best Jan
The schooner at sunset made such a pretty picture
Enders Island looks gorgeous. The gardens are still beautiful. Must be the effect of warm ocean waters. Are you home now?
I was amazed how many flowers were still in their gardens especially the dahlias. I thought those were August flowers and would have passed by now. I got home mid-afternoon on Friday
It's good to see flowers this time of year. The meditation garden looks like a lovely spot.
There are so many beautiful spots all over the island
