The sun finally came out after a week of snow/ice and cloud days. Bye-bye snow and ice on the driveway.
Another avalanche is forming.

Friday afternoon we had one of those avalanches and I didn't see it coming. Even the dogs jumped. Something is eating the meal worms at my house too. Either the bluebirds are very hungry or something else is enjoying them. Grin. I need to fill the feeder again this morning. Enjoy the sun again. It's so nice, isn't it?
Having a sunny weekend in Ohio for the first time in months
There are a ton of birds besides bluebirds that eat mealworms. I saw a Flicker at the feeder the other day. I need to go out to fill the feeder again, too. Looks like we have sun all week!
I was always so surprised at how many critters were around our house when you could see the footprints in the snow!
We had lots of rain but no snow. My balcony garden needs to be planted!

Rain is better unless it is flooding rains.
I'm glad the ice is gone too. I never realized we lived in the median of the Animal Turnpike 😉
