Easter Box

Another project from the Brother Canvas Workspace for the Brother Scan n Cut machine, because you can't make something for the Eldest without making something for the Young One in her favorite color, red.

This time an egg-shaped box to hold a little Easter prezzie. This project just called for patterned paper to make the egg front. I thought it looked boring so from the pattern that I used to make the Eldest card, I cut the bunny, bow, and carrots to dress up the front.

I like how you can borrow bits from the other projects to change things up and make it your own.

From the side, the egg shape covers the box that can hold a little something. The front measures approximate 5 inches tall by 4.5 inches at the widest point of the egg.

  2. That#s a lovely little egg-shaped box, makes a great present. Scan and cut machines are very useful, a friend cut all of my stencils on hers, saved me a LOAD of work! Valerie

  4. A sweet little present box :) The box itself is as good as a present. The daffodils are long gone here. It's good to see yours :)

  6. Another cute card CJ. Of course you have to be fair. It doesn't matter how old we get, we just want our mother's to be fair, don't we? Hugs-Erika

  8. Wow, this turned out as clever as the last one. Love the daffs. Mine haven't bloomed in three years, so I believe it's time to transplant them. Stay safe.

    1. Is that what you have to do when bulbs no longer bloom, replant them?
