Answered Prayers

6. April after some heavy rain and winds, one of the garden kites had blown away. The kite made to St. Jude, patron saint of hope and lost causes. I thought since the kite had blown away, St. Jude was no longer needed since my intention had been answered.

Walking back to the house, I found Jude on the ground. Maybe he's still needed. The kite is now hanging in my studio.

  1. Perhaps St Jude just wanted to be moved around! Who wants to stay in one place all the time! Have a good week, be safe! Valerie

  2. Lucky you. It appears he didn't go too far. Maybe he was practicing social distancing.

    1. Yes, the kites are made from paper bags and brown paper that came as packing material.
