T Stands for Happy Mail and Remembering Gnomevember

Nan has been playing with the art app Procreate on the iPad. She sent me a cute drawing of a gnome turned into a notecard. I like how she used the John Lennon stamp to add to the snowy theme of her decorated envelope.

Checking my crystal
ball...

Cold and cloudy with a chance of...
Snow

Nan certainly got the forecast right for the week.

In her note, Nan said she remembered when we went on our outing to Gnomevember at Tower Hill Botanic Garden in November 2019. If you look closely, you can see a tea or coffee cup on the table in the picture above.

Drop by hosts, Bleubeard and Elizabeth's blog to find out what the rest of the T Stands For gang is up to. If you want to play, include in your Tuesday post a beverage or container for a beverage. Don't forget to link your blog to Bleubeard and Elizabeth's page.

  1. Some of my neighbors have little gnome gardens with tiny mis-shapen houses and furnishings in their yards. It's always fun to see them!

  8. A friend just sent me a funny gnome photo: 3 garden gnomes having a beer party under a big old tree. Empty beer bottles laying about. One gnome had already fallen asleep.

Nan's gnome card is nice - not naughty like my gnome image.

    Happy T-day! Hugs, Eileen

    1. With all the snow we are having, Nan's gnome may be going inside to hit the wine bottle or maybe beer. or both! 😺

    1. The gnome garden isn't mine. The picture is from the Tower Hill Botanic Garden's celebration of Gnomevember. Nan and I went to see the exhibit in November 2019

  14. I love the gnome house. It must be a great memory on this snowy day. And nice card too. I also looked up and marked the garden in my history. Maybe this spring after a visit with Mom I can check them out. We could even meet up. Hope it wasn't too sad of a day with snow. Hugs-Erika

    1. Around early afternoon the weather dudes downgraded snow totals from 5-7 to 2-4 in. We only got about 2 in. Happy Dance. It would be fun to meet up at Tower Hill and maybe Nan could make it, too.
