Nan has been playing with the art app Procreate on the iPad. She sent me a cute drawing of a gnome turned into a notecard. I like how she used the John Lennon stamp to add to the snowy theme of her decorated envelope.

Cold and cloudy with a chance of...
Snow
Nan certainly got the forecast right for the week.
In her note, Nan said she remembered when we went on our outing to Gnomevember at Tower Hill Botanic Garden in November 2019. If you look closely, you can see a tea or coffee cup on the table in the picture above.
Drop by hosts, Bleubeard and Elizabeth's blog to find out what the rest of the T Stands For gang is up to. If you want to play, include in your Tuesday post a beverage or container for a beverage. Don't forget to link your blog to Bleubeard and Elizabeth's page.
Some of my neighbors have little gnome gardens with tiny mis-shapen houses and furnishings in their yards. It's always fun to see them!

ReplyDeleteWith the rate we’re getting snow, I don’t think we’ll be able to get there until Summer
DeleteWe have bird houses in our garden .......for the geckos! LOL ;)
ReplyDeleteHow fun!
DeleteCute! I have my eye on a crystal ball at Amazon. Think it'll show me snow? I doubt it lol Happy T Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteIf it’s a snow globe it will!
DeleteYour happy mail from Nan is gorgeous! Made even more extra special when you have such happy memories of visiting the botanical gardens for gnomevember together too - perfect 😁. Wishing you a very Happy T Day! Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDeleteIndeed.
Deletesweet happy mail, and a cut gnome house in the garden-love the teeny tiny bits. Happy T day!
ReplyDeleteThe curators at the botanic garden had such an attention to detail with their scenes
DeleteI've never heard of Gnomevember, but it sounds fun. Who doesn't like a gnome? (or two)
ReplyDeleteHappy T-Day,
Hugs,
Lisca
They are such delightful wee folk to see in the garden.
DeleteA friend just sent me a funny gnome photo: 3 garden gnomes having a beer party under a big old tree. Empty beer bottles laying about. One gnome had already fallen asleep.
ReplyDeleteNan's gnome card is nice - not naughty like my gnome image.
Happy T-day! Hugs, Eileen
With all the snow we are having, Nan's gnome may be going inside to hit the wine bottle or maybe beer. or both! 😺
DeleteBeautiful happy mail, so pretty and original! Lots of people here have gnomes in their gardens! Happy T Day, Valerie
ReplyDeleteNan did a great job drawing in Procreate.
DeleteGnomevember - that's a new one!
ReplyDeleteFun, isn't it?
DeleteI love your gnome garden. It feels truly special. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteThe gnome garden isn't mine. The picture is from the Tower Hill Botanic Garden's celebration of Gnomevember. Nan and I went to see the exhibit in November 2019
DeleteLove the card and I love the photo! So cute! Big Hugs!
ReplyDelete😊
DeleteThat gnome house is absolutely adorable and so is the card! Happy T day ~
ReplyDeleteNan makes the cutest cards
DeleteI love the gnome house. It must be a great memory on this snowy day. And nice card too. I also looked up and marked the garden in my history. Maybe this spring after a visit with Mom I can check them out. We could even meet up. Hope it wasn't too sad of a day with snow. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteAround early afternoon the weather dudes downgraded snow totals from 5-7 to 2-4 in. We only got about 2 in. Happy Dance. It would be fun to meet up at Tower Hill and maybe Nan could make it, too.
DeleteIt's nice to receive surprise mail.
ReplyDeleteIndeed especially with so much yucky weather
DeleteWhat a fabulous card(and stamp). I remember your visit to those gardens - such fun! A very belated Happy T Day, Chrisx
ReplyDeleteHopefully, Nan and I will be able to get back there this year
