Prayer for a Snowstorm

 


Since the East Coast is getting blasted with a Nor'Easter today I thought a previous journal page would be apropos. From a journal page from NaNoJouMo - Day 7 originally posted on Saturday, 10. November 2012

"Dear God,

If it must snow, can it snow chocolate instead?"

    You need to make journal pages CJ. This is beautiful. I'm not sure chocolate would work for me. I would weigh 100 extra pounds after this storm blows out of here. Smile. Snow doesn't excite me either. This is going to be too much! Stay warm, dry and safe. Hugs-Erik

    Yeah, I want my chocolate _inside_ lol And I'd love a bit of snow. Y'all's storm, on the other hand, Yikes!!! Stay in, stay warm, and stay safe -like you don't already hear that advice _everywhere_ ;)

    I am down with that - chocolate? YOU BET!! Actually everyone I know who works has been cancelled by their job/employer - surprisingly including myself. Tomorrow is supposed to be worse though so I will play it by ear and see what happens.

    At least our snow had the decency to arrive over the weekend - nice to enjoy sitting inside with hot chocolate, instead of trying to get to work.

    Yes ...I would like that . very pretty journal page. I think we have about up to a 10 day break - but then who knows really.
