Today, Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, is traditionally baking day for me. Vincent and I will be baking an apple pie, and I've had a request to bake a loaf of rye bread.

  1. I´m stuck in rather useless meetings...
In my old job I was by myself. It´s a different working.

    1. I used to hate those meetings. Or the 2 hour pre-meeting where everyone tried to coordinate schedules to have the real meeting! I hope your meeting doesn't last long

  2. It is my day to bake too, but we are going to my sister-in-laws and her husband is a professional baker, so sadly, no baking for dinner. I am going to try a turkey shaped cheese ball since we need to bring appetizers. Let's see how that comes out. I'll saving the baking for next week when the deadly but fun Christmas cookies baking begins. Hope you have a fun day baking with Vincent.

  10. I didn't do much at all the day before Thanksgiving. Since most of my feast was store-bought it was easy to take care of the day of. I did make the chocolate cake the day before, and cooked the sausage for the breakfast casserole.
