The Marginal Way - Ogunquit, Maine

The Marginal Way is a 1.5 mile cliff walk overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The path connects Ogunquit to Perkins Cove, a  small fishing village and artist colony with shops and restaurants.

There are lots of benches to sit, contemplate, or admire the view.

  1. I've never walked the Marginal Way. It looks very pretty. I have been to Perkins Cover though. You definitely had a gorgeous day to walk. And the views are really pretty. Happy new week. hugs-Erika

    1. You have the option of climbing down the rocks to explore tide pools. We did climb up a small rock outcrop, but only because there was a bench at the top otherwise, we just stuck to the straight path

  8. I have never been to this part of the country. Would love a trip there to explore places you've talked about and some I google and spend way too much time walking unknown streets.

  9. It's truly lovely, but I was surprised how rocky it was. Not a sandy beach, but beautiful all the same.
