Saturday Afternoon at the Movies

This idea came from a Facebook meme:
Over 10 days, post your 10 all time favorite films. What movie has really made an impact on you or what films can you watch over and over and never tire of? Post either the movie poster, DVD cover or even a screenshot on your timeline. No need to explain.

Only I had a hard time picking out just 10 movies so my favorites over the next few hundred Saturdays ๐Ÿ˜ธ in semi-alphabetical order my favorite films. What movie has really made an impact on you or what films can you watch over and over and never tire of? Post either the movie poster, DVD cover or even a screenshot on your timeline. No need to explain.

The Way We Were (1973) Robert Redford, Barbara Streisand

If you haven't seen this movie, it's available for rent at YouTube.

  3. I remember when this came out. It's interesting to look back on it and also to see parallels in our relationships today.

    2. Seeing other people work out differences in public comment threads has been revelatory. Some people develop a "we're better apart" relationship like I remember from that movie, while others grapple with it to the bitter end lol

  4. At least I've heard of this one!! YouTube appears to be going the way of Hulu. First, everything was free, then some things ended up behind the pay wall, now nothing at Hulu is free.

    1. Yeah, we've run into that on the Roku. Some channels let you watch 5 min. of a program, but then you have to pay to watch the rest.
