The Friday Five Good Things

Five good things that happened this week.

1. My "Cousin" sent the kitties a ball track toy from Chewy. Confused me as I had ordered some things from Chewy but no toys in that particular order. Quill really loves the new toy.

2. Calli screamed at me Mama Mama Mama Mama early in the morning as she wanted the wet food and not the dry kibble.

3. Watched "Unholy" a movie on Netflix. Parts of the movie were filmed at the Martha Mary Chapel, Grist Mill, and the Wayside Inn in Sudbury, Massachusetts. It was so fun to recognize the settings.

4. I  found the Raspberry Chocolate coffee that the Eldest likes and a cute, black cat Halloween mug. They were delivered to her in time for Halloween.

5.  Had lunch and a genealogy outing with my friend, Teague.

How was your week?

  1. Now that's what I call an awesome week! How cool that you recognized the settings in the movie. It kinda reminds me of years back when they filmed the movie, "Witness" in Lancaster County, PA. My mom and I saw it in a movie theatre together.

    Have a wonderful weekend!

  5. Nice week. Those kitties are funny. Especially their food and toy preferences. You sound like they are making you happy. I haven't heard of or seen Unholy. I should check that out to see some familiar sites too. Have a great start to your weekend. Hugs-Erika

    1. The kitties are good company and now I have supervisors for all the mundane chores that get done. Stay dry this weekend.

  6. What a great week you had. I bet you really had fun with the babies, too. I bought a similar toy for Bleubeard, but neither he nor Squiggles plays with it.

You are so thoughtful to find just the perfect gifts for your eldest daughter for Halloween.

    1. Ink didn't really play with toys other than plastic straws and tiny toy mice. Quill loves all the toys we got for him and plays with them every day. Calli will start to play with the toys, but then Quill comes along and butts in so she doesn't really get a chance to play with things.

And for the Eldest, just a little thinking of your from back home.

  9. I haven't seen "unholy". It surprises me what they show to me as opposed to what's there if I do a search. Strange.

    Chocolate raspberry coffee sounds delicious.

    1. Chocolate and raspberry is a delicious combo. I just don't chocolate. My Nephew got the Eldest hooked on the Chocolate Raspberry coffee when she was in college. She doesn't drink regular coffee, just the fancy flavors
