Whatcha Doin?

We are getting used to two, new family members. Say hello to

Calli (female)

and

Quill (male)

They were adopted through Willy's Kitties Angels Rescue The adoption agency isn't sure if they are siblings though they did live together and came all the way from Alabama. They are 7 months old and seem to get along well together. It's nice to have the patter of little feet again. Though the jury is still out if the nice feeling lasts if they get the zoomies in the wee hours of the morning.

Whatcha doin?

  2. Calli and Quill are adorable. It's good to save a life too, isn't it? Clever take on their names too. Have fun with your new family members, zoomies and all.

  3. Greetings, Kitties! From Alabama? That's wild, isn't it, that some areas of the country have so many dogs and cats needing homes and other areas don't have much of that. It makes me wonder if the laws/regulations are different up there or just better enforced. At any rate, I'm happy these 2 have found a happy and safe home :)

    1. The good thing of them coming so far is that they didn’t mind the ride home in the carrier. Not a peep. Ink hated car rides and yowled the whole way

    1. Right now both the kitties are pretty quiet and chill. I guess the names were too obvious! 😺

  8. They are cuties, lovely photographs.
Hoping they will settle in well.

Earlier today it was a trip to the supermarket for some more lovely food.
I managed to avoid the heavy rain showers, for which I was thankful :)

Enjoy the rest of the week.

    All the best Jan

  9. Look at those cute pink noses. They are so adorable. I bet they are micro-chipped, too. Squiggles is. Although he will never go outside unless in his carrier, it's nice to know I would be able to locate him if he ever got out and got sent to the "pound."

Nice to read they are happy to ride in cars. Bleubeard HATES riding. He cried the entire 400 miles when I brought him home from MO. Dog, my cat before Bleubeard, LOVED to ride. He would travel all over the country with me. His sandbox was in the back passenger side on the floor and his water and food were on the other side on the floor. Sounds like your two take to riding, too.

    1. Both have been micro-chipped. I guess that's done all the time now with cats from the agencies. Hopefully, we won't have any jailbreaks.
