Welcome, Spring!

Today is the Vernal Equinox, the first day of Spring. As I hung the garden kite out, I was thinking I've never been able to hang the garden kites out this early. We're about 2 months ahead of where we usually are at this time of year.  BTW, not complaining!

    1. I'm happy we're two months ahead weather wise of where we are. We did have a bit of snow on the ground very early this morning, but it all turned to rain. I'll be dancing when we finally get to Summer

  4. I thought the Vernol Equinox was tomorrow (March 20).

Teddy said to tell you he loves that garden kite. And because Teddy knows how stressed out I've been getting over covid-19, he told me that things could be worse: there could be a honey shortage due to honey hoarders, but there isn't. :-)

    1. Nope, it’s today. First time it’s before the 20th since 18-something. Teddy is very wise. Tell him, there were still jars of honey on the store shelf when I was there this morning. All the Teddy shaped bottles were gone though 😿

    1. Yes, although today the sun is out and hopefully it will melt The town right above ours in altitude got quite a bit and then on up each town got more. But the sun is out!! We probably only got about 2 to 3 inches if that. Chain control was happening on Rim Hwy which is one of 3 main ways you can get to these mountains.

    1. Yeah, usually we're still buried under snow and get a lot of our big storms at this time.
