Who Do You Write Like?

Sandra from Sandra's Blog had this fun game the other day. Submit a sample of your writing, and the site will analyze your writing and match you to a famous author. I tried twice with 2 different writing samples and both times came up with Raymond Chandler.

    I tried it twice. The first time I got Margaret Atwood, the second Kurt Vonnegut. I'm apparently all over the map!

      Or maybe the second name is so you can write a different stuff Like Stephen King did with Richard Bachman

    I write like David Foster Wallace....which sounds right to me since I've never heard of him! LOL (Now I have to go look up his work!)

    I don't know who that is - Raymond Chandler so I'll look it up.

      Author of hard-boiled detective, Philip Marlowe. Chandler was also a screenwriter. Double Indemnity one of his films

      yes i had looked it up at wiki. i'll look more into him ..i certainly recognize the philip marlowe name.
