Black Licorice Cats



While shopping online for Himself's birthday and Father's Day at the Vermont Country Store, I came across a little treat for myself.  Black Licorice Cats


Aren't they cute? You know what's even better? Black licorice with chocolate. Technically, it's supposed to be black licorice with dark chocolate and is a treat from Japan. I'm not a fan of dark chocolate, so I had a black cat with a Hershey Kiss. 😋

    We can buy the black cats here, too, but I've never tried them with chocolate - thanks for the idea! Valerie

    These are adorable! I love the maple sugar candies from the Vermont Country Store. I'm not a fan of dark chocolate either: another thing we have in common. :-)

      I like the shapes of the maple sugar candy, but find it a little bit too sweet for me.

    I love shopping there too-I don't like licorice and actually I can't have it since they usually have wheat it in-but I love those cats-too fun

    I also love black licorice. You (AND I) are the only people I know who prefer milk chocolate to dark chocolate. Those are some really cute black cats, too.

    Aren't they just the cutest little things. Unfortunately, I have problems eating little animal cuties. I still have some chocolate mice my daughter sent months ago.
