The male cardinal stopped by on Father's Day. Happy Father's Day, Dad!
The morning glories need a little help to climb.
The mystery plant produced a small, yellow flower? Any idea what kind of plant this is?
Wild thunderstorms moved through the area.
The color of the sky had a yellowish light. Sadly, the iPhone camera didn't capture it
One of the bunnies sitting in clover.
From the studio window, a squirrel sitting on the post of the Leaf Lady's rickety fence.
Hmm, one of the morning glories isn't doing well.
Somebody has been very busy,
Tiny tomatoes and
tiny peppers.
Rain amount for the week. I thought we had more rain.
Your garden and it's inhabitants are looking good. Enjoy your day, hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteWill do.
DeleteThat little yellow flower looks a lot like the wild flowers I see everywhere on my daily walks, but I do not know what they are either? Wish I did.
ReplyDeleteLove your residence critters!
Maybe someone who knows the name of the plant will leave a comment.
DeleteGood morning, I enjoy seeing your rabbit and birds. I think too that is some type of wild flower but don't know what it is either.
ReplyDeleteenjoy your sunday
Guess I'll have to ask around.
DeleteI think your garden looks nice, but have no idea what that yellow flower is, it does look nice though.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Still searching for the answer.
DeleteWe have cardinals here but don't get them on the patio as often as I'd like. I like your colorful plant stakes. We've had some thunderstorms the last couple of days, but it never lasted long. My plants were grateful, though. I wanted your flower to be some kind of buttercup, but when I googled some images it doesn't seem so. A pretty little flower, and I hope you find out what it is :)
ReplyDeleteI made the plant stakes from inexpensive soup spoons
DeleteLooking good! Have you ever considered an app to identify the wildflower? From what I understand, you snap a picture and the app identifies what it is. Easy peasy! :)
ReplyDeleteI had one, but it was mostly an advert for a garden center. So, Show me the app! =^,.^=

ReplyDeleteThe gardens are looking great ANd I really love those cloud photos. :) happy new week. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteDid you get some cloud photos? The weather got wild up your way. Were you in the tornado area?
DeleteWOW, I'm really late visiting. Your garden is amazing. Mine is the pits. My tomatoes and peppers have all died, so have all the herbs I bought this year. Not a good year to buy plants, I guess. My plants look like your one sad morning glory.
ReplyDeleteThunderstorms rumbling through as I type.
I hope the thunderstorms bring cooling temps. and much needed rain for you.
Deletelove all the photos...so beautiful and green there.
ReplyDeleteI am waiting for thunderstorms here..:)

DeleteWe are suppose to be getting thunderstorms tomorrow. We actually had them on the weekend too, but the temperatures are going to be record breaking again, so it's like we didn't get any rain! Maybe that's what happened to you too CJ?
ReplyDeleteI love seeing your sky photos and plant pictures. I don't know what that yellow flower is? If you find out tell us!
Beautiful Mr. Cardinal and bunny picture!
Our bunny is eating everything! LOL!
I hope your morning glory is better!
We had one wicked hot day and I think the morning glory didn't like the heat. I hope the morning glory perks up, too.
