Five good things that happened this week.

1. Spent a fun evening chatting on the phone and catching up with some friends.

2. Made a card for The Eldest and wrapped up stocking stuffers for her.

3. Had lazy day

4. Mailed the package for The Eldest. Hopefully, it will arrive by Saturday

5. Finished making a gift for The Young One.

How was your week?

  4. Good ones, and love the pic.
Baked super-yummy cookies. Does that count? And Hubby showed me a very cool gift he ordered for me (will take 3-4 weeks, but who cares).

    1. Yes, baking super-yummy cookies counts as well as getting a sneak peek at your gift!

  5. I've had a lazy _week_ lol Our present got to the daughter and son-in-law in MN. 2-day priority mail took almost a week :( They asked if I needed proof it got there or was just trying to make sure it was delivered, and I sadly remembered the days when just mailing a thing made you sure it would be delivered. Poor USPS can't buy a break.

    1. USPS has a disclaimer on their site that they have been overwhelmed with packages and have a shortage of employees as they have been hit with Covid

  6. Good things indeed. And good luck on that package arriving on time. I still have things floating out in the ether. My aunt got a card from the same town she lived in a month after it was mailed. Groan.

    1. I know about the packages. I'm still waiting for 3 and the tracking just says delayed. So we may be celebrating the 12 days of Christmas. 😺

  7. You had a better week than I had. I just can't seem to get motivated. I haven't even sent out my tip-ins and didn't make a single Christmas card this year. I'm a slug, I guess, but this isolation is starting to get to me.
