This card is from my teacher, Gerry Jackson Kerdok. When I saw the card, I knew I had to use it as my tea ticket for the Tea post. See what I did there? 😺
This year, Gerry moved to a bungalow, seaside home. The name of the village is Teaticket. So cute and perfect for my post.
Gerry's card is not only a Christmas card, but doubles as a we've moved card. So clever Through the magic of Paint Shop Pro, I used some of the holly and berries from Gerry's card to cover the address.
Drop by hosts, Bleubeard and Elizabeth’s blog to find out what the rest of the T gang is up to. If you want to play, include a beverage or beverage container in your post. Don’t forget to link your blog from Bleubeard and Elizabeth’s page.
What a fun card! And I love the idea of a village called Teaticket! Happy T Day, Valerie
ReplyDeleteIt's such a cute name
DeleteWOW. You are incredibly creative. I had PSP on my old computer, but now all I use is Photoshop. You did an absolutely remarkable job and I am totally impressed. Thanks for this tea ticket to T this Tuesday, dear CJ.
ReplyDeletePSP is a lot easier to use and you don't need to pay a monthly/yearly subscription fee to use it. Once you purchase the program, it's yours forever.
DeleteBeautiful card-and you are sooo creative too-hugs sounds like a wonderful new home on the seaside and love the name of the village. Happy T and Happy New Year
ReplyDeleteThey've had the house as a vacation home for many years. Did a big remodel several years ago and this year decided to "retire" there permanently.
DeleteSuch a cute card. Gerry is so talented. Her class was fun. I am sure you do an awesome job teaching other students what you learned from her, among others. Happy t day.
ReplyDeleteSweet of you to say
DeleteSuch a beautiful card and you covered the address seamlessly with the holly - amazing! I love the name of the village which he moved too and it's so perfect for T Day 😀. I hope you had a lovely Christmas. Happy T Day and all the best for 2021! Hugs, Jo x

DeleteI'm googling Teaticket and admiring the location. He's landed well :) Happy T Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteHe. Gerry short for Geraldine. The area is a very popular vacation spot.
DeleteAh, one of these days I'm going to remember and adopt "they" as the universal :) I can see why it'd be popular. The photos I saw were lovely.
DeleteThey might be a good pronoun for me, too. I've had the same issue as Gerry 😺
DeleteThat is such a cool name for a town and it does work perfect for T. I like your holly additions. Stay warm with the wind today. And happy T day too CJ! Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteAt least it's wind and not snow!
DeleteLovely card.....very clever to 'kill two birds with one stone' so to speak! ;)
ReplyDeleteI know. Leave it to Gerry to think of it
DeleteLovely image. Teaticket is a very unusual name for a town. Very clever to work that into your T post.
ReplyDeleteHappy T-day and a Happy (Improved) New Year! Hugs, Eileen
2021 has to be an improvement
DeletePurrfect.
