T Stands for Some Things Never Change


The request for the Eldest's birthday cake was a Funfetti cake. Funfetti is a cake mix with colored candy sprinkles. Even better, the cake mix was strawberry and topped with a hot pink frosting with hot pink sparkling sugar. Pink is the Eldest's favorite color. Some things never change.

Some things do. All grown up and having a cup of blueberry coffee to go with her cake.

    That used to be my daughters favorite cake when she was younger.. Now she tells me my Black Magick Cake is her favorite... I try to stay on top of things..lol Happy T day! Hugs! deb

      It's a medium roast coffee infused with blueberry by Green Mountain Coffee Co.

    Strawberry cake sounds nice and it fits that it is pink. I have never heard of blueberry coffee and don't really know what it is. Happy T day.

      The blueberry coffee is just a mild roast coffee infused with blueberry flavor

    I am in love with that blueberry coffee, even if it isn't a dark roast. It sounds delicious. I'm not fond of strawberry anything, but since it's her cake and not mine, I will celebrate with her.       I don't drink coffee, but I've had a sip of the blueberry coffee. It smells a bit like blueberries and has a bit of a blueberry taste too

    Adding in strawberries and having blueberry coffee totally makes is sound delish, CJ. So fun to have traditions like this with little grown up changes. My girls are just happy if I make a cake of any sort as it has been cookie cakes or ice cream cakes from Dairy Queen most their lives. Lol. Happy T-day. Hugz

    Once a 'pink' girl, always a 'pink' girl! The cake looks yummy (although it wouldn't be for me).
    Blueberry coffee is something I have never come across. Oh, OK, I have just seen your comment to somebody else.
