With Easter this weekend, if you own a pet, please be aware that Easter Lilies as well as other plants are toxic to pets.

  1. Good list to have. (And I thought Christmas Cactus was poisonous to cats, but it's in the list of safe plant, which is good to learn.)

    1. I didn't think there were any plants that were safe for cats so a good list to have

  2. The dogs don't bother my plants, except for some reason they love the lemon grass. Of course they do eat the lawn grass sometimes too. But it's a good list to have-definitely. Thanks for sharing.

  3. I never had any problems with the critters and plants/flowers but once had a kitty who was enamoured of eating Christmas tree tinsel.....I'll just leave it there.....🤣🤣🤣

    1. I think the list makes its way around at this time of the year because of the Easter Lilies

  5. Luckily, I don't own any of those poisonous plants. Even luckier, my cats don't climb. Good to know this, though, since I once owned a Sansevieria, which is also known as Mother-in-law tongue.

    2. I've never known any Canadians, even at the University. What were our lawmakers thinking? I certainly have NO idea.

    3. I just checked and North Dakota has just passed a law making curling the state sport there. Now THAT makes sense.

  8. i bought some kind of white lillies at the store last year and noticed Beanie kept sniffing them. I looked it up and saw it was poisonous so had to keep them in my bedroom. Good list to keep aware of.
