Finally, the garden flag has been changed.
Along with some
Halloween decoration
The leaves are turning and falling
Garden cleanup going on
The twig lost all its leaves
Our lawn guy bailed on us. Fortunately, we contracted with another landscaper to do final mowing and take care of Fall cleanup. I hope he doesn't bail on us, too.
Color in the woods
and by the late Leaf Lady's yard
Color in our yard, too.
How does your garden grow?
I'm loving the garden flag. And you look more like fall than it does here, although with so many oaks they always change late in the season. Happy Sunday.
ReplyDeleteWeather dudes said we're about 2 weeks behind where we usually are. This weekend would have been peak color for us
DeleteI used to think not having to rake the leaves would be a good thing! After 22 years I kinda miss it! (Just goes to show ya' what a failing memory can do.....🤣🤣🤣🤣)
ReplyDeleteIf you ever miss it so much, I have an acre of land that needs to be raked 😉
DeleteI love the color in your yard. Regine

Hopefully in a week or two, it will be more brilliant
DeleteOh! That flag is wonderful!!! LOVE it! TIMBER!!! We cut down the Sunflowers with a power saw...lol Some of those were 3-4" across!! Looks a little bare out there now.. What life that little Sunflower patch attracted... Aphids attracted Ants which attracted Horny Toads... We had a family of 5 lined Skinks that either lived in there or came daily to visit... they had cool blue tails.. Bees collected the pollen and Butterflies too... And the birds just finished cleaning up the seeds... Great experience! Hugs! deb
ReplyDeleteYour sunflower patch sounds wonderful
DeleteVery cool deco.
ReplyDeleteHere fall sadly finally kicked in, too.
But just think in the dead of Winter, you'll be having Summer while you're in Oz
DeleteTotally awesome garden flag. Sorry your lawn guy flaked on you. And you were good to him, too.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm sorry, too. And I hope this new kid doesn't bail either.
