Five good things that happened this week.
1. The guy we had to plow the driveway is no longer working in our area. A call to the senior center gave us the name of Mike, a guy from town who does plowing for seniors. He helped us out and wouldn't take any money!
2. Tried some treats for the kitties. Scrambled egg went over big. Quill also enjoyed oatmeal and pumpkin. Calli wasn't impressed with oatmeal and pumpkin, but she ate them
3. No problems at my dental check up
4. Changed brand of canned food for the kitties. Fortunately, they aren't picky eaters
5. The online class went well.
How was your week?
Nice the kitties will eat people food. One of my cats would, the other would not. You never know, do you. You had a good week. Me too, but it seemed busy. I think this crazy weather is some of the reason. Stay warm tomorrow and I hope neither of us gets too much white stuff. Hugs-Erika

DeleteWhat a SWEET man Mike is. I can see you eventually doing something nice for him in return for his generosity.
ReplyDeleteBleubeard loves turkey breast and was disappointed I didn't serve it at either Thanksgiving or Christmas. Squiggles won't eat any people food, but Bleubeard has in the past. Mostly they both LOVE their dry kibble I give them. Bleubeard understands portion control, but Squiggles doesn't. That's why I had to put him on a strict diet. He is now svelte as opposed to FAT.
Glad your online class went well. Sounds like your week was a LOT better than mine. I'm still in catch-up mode.
Quill with eat anything. Calli isn't too impressed with people food though she did love deli turkey

ReplyDeleteThe vet wants them on a wet food only diet. No kibble. So I went through the cans a lot faster than planned. Had an order put in and went to the grocery store to get a few cans to tide us over. The shelves were practically empty!
