How Does Your Garden Grow?

Stretchy bunny enjoying a snack in the rain

Bare branches on a

foggy morning.

The bunny made another appearance at dusk.

Still some gorgeous color at sunset

Though most of the trees are bare

One mum still going strong

These flowers are hanging onto Summer by a petal. Not sure how much longer they will last as it got down close to freezing the other night.

The vigilant Watchers

  3. I just lost my potted plants yesterday with our first hard frost. We've gone really late this year without a hard frost, but I'll take it. Have a great Sunday.

  4. Are those geramiums CJ? They like it cool as do petunias. Probably even take a LIGHT freeze or frost.. No Fall colors here.. We just go from green to brown...lol Had a little rain, so pulled up the SunFlowers.. they had pretty much stopped blooming .. and the wet ground made it easier to get them up.. They pulled up real easy.. Hugs! deb

    1. They aren't geraniums. I think they might be dianthus.

  6. Great photos. I love fog. I think there was a frost this morning, where I am. The watcher on the left looked like a statue, at first. :-)

  8. Te colors in your garden are so beautiful. They scream autumn. Loved seeing the Watcher and the bunny, too.

  9. Yeah, the temps have been kind of erratic even for the season of autumn. Frost on the cars even this early is unusual for us here. Your tree pics are gorgeous!

    1. The Eldest is now living in Erie. They've already had a bit of snow! 😮

  10. My redbud tree leaves have all fallen. The dogwood tree leaves have turned lovely colors but are still hanging on. The fall-blooming wild sunflowers would be happier, I think, if I hadn't cut them back so severely.
