Five good things that happened this week.
1. The clerk at the post office was very helpful about the cards I was sending out for a class exchange. The envelopes were too thick to go through regular mail even though I had used 2 stamps. She hand cancelled the stamps and marked the envelopes non-machinable. She said they may go through the system so I'm keeping my fingers crossed
2. The cards went through!
3. The Young One and I watched Coraline. Spooky goodness
4. We watched the last episode of Jodie Whitaker's 13th Doctor. What?! I didn't see that regeneration coming
5. Teague and I went out to breakfast.
How was your week?
I thought Coraline was pretty good (just a little heavy handed on the moral) but entertaining! :)

- Rain
- Played 18 holes of golf, slowly improving
- Bravely signed up for a fun Turkey Tournament on a three man team with hubby and brother in law.. OOOoh boy..
- Got some good sleep last night after a few nights of not sleeping..
So nice when you run into a nice Mail Person at the Post Office. Some of them will really go out of their way to help you.. Others not so much.. Happy Weekend CJ! Hope your Skelly arrives in good condition.. I did not glue him to the board as it was easier to ship .. nor did i glue the glass candle holder down in case you want to put an ink well there instead.. I used E6000 glue to glue mine on if you want to. Hugs! deb
Looking forward to welcoming Skelly. You had said he was coming not assembled to his stand. E6000 low odor is what I use to glue stuff like that, too.

My week? I was still behind and can barely keep up. I haven't cleaned house in two weeks, I don't think.
I'm lucky my post office is tiny and the clerks are all wonderful and helpful

ReplyDeleteYou can watch the new Who on HBO Max starting with Doctor 9 (Christopher Eccleston) through Doctor 12 (Peter Capaldi) I’m not sure /Doctor 13 (Jodie Whitaker) is available on HBO. BBC has announced that Doctor Who will become part of Disney+ in 2023 - CJ
