I'm loading up the car for WPI's Electronic Waste Drive on Thursday, October 27 from 11 AM - 1 PM.

  1. Cool idea! Here you can simply give the stuff to the stores. And hope they get rid of it the proper way....
    When we bought the new Miele microwave they took the broken one.

    1. Best Buy an electronic and appliance store, will take some things, but they won't take wires or adapters. WPI is an engineering school so they will take those things, too.

  2. I've been cleaning books out and today I am going to finish all the ones in my daughter's room for a trip to Goodwill to donate them. It feels good to do this job, doesn't it?

  3. Up early having coffee this morning.. plans are to go into town this morning.. hit a couple craft stores.. maybe take a walk along the river.. i had to put my booties on this morning... NICE! Hugs! deb

  4. Here we have a place where you can drop off all sorts of things that shouldn't go to the landfill but I'm afraid the majority of people don't do it.....😔

  6. We have only one place in our area that will take broken electronic items and they are only open two days a week so we have to call to make an appointment. :(

    1. We usually have to wait until we hear of a recycle fair. Sometimes you have to be a resident only of a town.
