Spring has sprung!
Himself got the greenhouse ready for the season
Peas and beans
10 yds. full, almost done.
How does your garden grow?
My potted patio plants that died back over the winter are filling out :) Good to see they lived.
ReplyDeletethat's good. I'm waiting to see if the hydrangea survived
DeleteAaaahhh better than my garden... i'm growing dirt at the moment with lots of ideas floating around in my head.. lol Hugs! deb
ReplyDeleteHimself has more gardening plans. I just take the pictures
DeleteIsn't it amazing how much 'stuff' we accumulate? It never looks like it's that much INSIDE the house....LOL.
ReplyDeleteThe house must be a TARDIS as it's bigger on the inside
DeleteYour doing a great job filling that dumpster. Hurrah for that. And nice to have daffodils. Mine are coming up, and no flowers yet. But I did see a few crocus buds about to open today. Happy new week! Maybe we'll have more spring like weather this week?
ReplyDeleteSounds like a rainy week. At least it's not snow
DeleteDarn..i want your green house! I was just telling another person who visits here that i was going to post photos of my eldest son's garden in Washington - it is amazing and I so wish I could have it. Bring your dead here made me laugh. Also - i love that forest that must be across your road.
ReplyDeleteHimself got the greenhouse at Harbor Freight
DeleteThe forest is all around me. Across the street and behind my house. Prissy, the elderly neighbor that lived across from me told me her house was the first new house build on the street. This was all pasture land as the town is rural farmland. She said there were no trees when she first moved in 67 years ago. She said artists used to come on Sundays and sit at the edge of her driveway for plein air painting and painting the rolling hills and center of the town with the white steeple from the Congregational church. Very New England.
Love reading the history - thanks ...
DeleteThose poor gingerbread babies bit the dust (bin). Spring is better in your yard than mine. Just when I thought I was going to get some lovely tulips this year, we got SNOW. Glad you fared better.
ReplyDeleteOh, no! I hope your tulips survived
DeleteI forgot to tell you how Easter-y it looks around your front porch/door and garden.
ReplyDeleteThanks
DeleteOh, yes, so much stuff, here, also.
ReplyDeleteGood on ya for getting rid of so much! Hubby keeps buying and buying. It´s a pain. Reckon it´s cause we cannot go anywhere?
At some point, you have to start getting rid of stuff or you'll have no room. That's what happened in the basement between things no longer used, old clothes, stuff I absorbed from my parents' house, there was no room to move.
