The Friday Five Good Things

Five good things that happened this week.

1. Between work and Himself's birthday I wasn't able to make the weekly play date last week with Teague. We video called, the next best thing.

2. I had a Skype date with the Young One.

3. I was able to connect my iPad to the monitor in my classroom studio. Surprisingly easy to connect especially when the Head of IT loans you the correct adapter

4. Teague and I went headstoning. Then we stopped for lunch and ice cream

5. I made pork chops with cinnamon apples like the ones at Cracker Barrel.

How was your week?

You must have loved that humidity. Today is more up my alley. You had a great week it sounds like, and as busy as mine was. Enjoy!

Its been a crazy week... Strong storms.... Kindergarten graduation... Grandlittle turning 6... and today some golf with hubby.. In my younger days i used to enjoy walking through cemeteries.. Hubby never truly understood that practice...lol so it has fallen by the wayside.. We had a beautiful cemetery where i grew up in PA. Gorgeous old headstones. I've noticed down here in the South you don't see that very much.. The markers are usually flush with ground... lots of plastic flowers.. very few actual headstones.. Hugs! deb

Cinnamon apples sound especially great - recipe?
This week sped by like crazy. Two nice meetups, project will continue, weather OK, happy mail, we get money back. Quite OK!

I did. I was happy dancing all over the place. Today, is a perfect day to clean the sunroom so I'm happy about that, too

Himself doesn't quite get it, either. Flush to the ground and plastic flowers are getting to be the practice here too in newer sections. It makes it easier for the groundkeepers to take care of the cemetery.
